I strive to make my clients feel important, comfortable, and confident. However, my main priority is to make sure my clients leave feeling better about themselves than when they did coming in. I like to offer a service that is more than a salon experience, one you would have to experience to understand. I never rush a clients session. I spend 1.5- 2 hours max on a set, lashing 90% or more of your natural lashes while maintaining a healthy lash application.

I understand that unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. I ask that you cancel before 24 hours of the beginning of your appointments. Failure to do so, will result in a charge of 100% of the service. This also goes for no call and no show. I am a service based business. I only get paid for services rendered. When you have an appointment on my schedule, that is time I have blocked for you and no one else is able to schedule with me. When you do not give me enough notice of cancellation or rescheduling, I lose the opportunity to earn an income. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
